To Whom It May Concern:

I'm assisting my mom with the completion of her requirements for planting hedge plants around her water purification system (installed on the side of her home).

I attempted to submit the following information, but did not find my submission; nor has my mom heard back from Artemis.  So I'm resubmitting the documents.  Please find three pages, attached; as well as the proposed hedge plant for hiding her water system.  The hedge plant image, should be found at the bottom of this message.  I'm wondering if the purchased plants need to completely hide the system or if they can grow to hide the system.  Please let me know what is needed, on that.

Mom's family members, which include myself and (primarily) her son-in-law (Robert Drury, a gardener of 10+ years) will be helping purchase and installing the plants (with care and attention).

Thank you for your time!  We'll be looking for your reply.

Sincerely,
Angela Brentano (daughter of Cymbre Lewis)

Yaritza and Everett,

At the bottom of this message, you should find an attached image of the Podocarpus hedge plant, that Cymbre Lewis would like to hide her water purification system.  If you approve, we will purchase several of these plants to cover her system.  We would seek to find plants, tall enough to provide cover.  Is there leeway, should we find slightly smaller plants (which would grow to provide cover, in the coming months)?  Please let us know, how exacting we must be.  I realized that, until we see the plants, we won't know exactly, the options.

Thank you again!

Angela (Cymbre's daughter)

Thanks, Yaritza!  I just found this email (right after leaving a voice msg. replying to Everett Mitchell.  By the way, sorry for the extended voice msg.  I did not know how to hang up with mom’s cell phone.).  We’ll submit a picture, or pictures of the plants.  I understand that they must be able to keep the system completely hidden, at all times (as the goal is to maintain a pleasing appearance to the neighborhood, so such infrastructure is always out-of-sight from a exterior views).  We want to help meet the goal and get confirmation that it works for the HOA.

Sincerely,
Angela

Angela Brentano, thanks for the information , the board will need pictures the plants material you’re looking to install. NOTE:  it must be tall enough to completely hide the water purification system .

That why we suggest using a solid white PVC screen fencing.

Dear Yaritza (and CC-ing Everett Mitchell),

I'm finally out to my mom's to help her with this HOA request.  She's seeking approval for appropriate hedge plants (i.e., bushes) to hide her water purification system.  If approved, we can submit a picture of the plants.  My husband, Robert Drury (and myself, as an aid), will plant the bushes.  We have been gardening in Florida (Mount Dora) for about ten years; always planting our own trees and bushes.  We are self-responsible, in the work we do.

Please find the attached paperwork (at the bottom of this email).  I will continue to assist my mom with this task, as we hear back from you.

I did not want this response to be delayed.  It took us time to go out to print, sign, re-digitize the documents, and for myself to return to her home, to help submit the items.  Robert and I plan to set up mom's printer for future ease.

Thank you for your time with me, on the phone, to explain what to do.  I did read the HOA guidelines, sent, and it appears that bushes can be used to hide such equipment.  We will plant what hedges are approved by the HOA; and plant surrounding the water system (as marked on mom's survey).

Explanation of attached forms:

ARB-Form - Completed, but unsigned form

Pg2FormScan - Pg. 2, signed by mom

SurveyScan - Mom's survey with highlighted mark, where bushes are to be added

Appreciatively,

Angela Brentano

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Artemis Lifestyles.

Attached is the ARB form as part of your project approval process.

Please review application, sign it and provide all required documents: survey marking where the fence will be placed, photos of the fence, contractor’s contract/quote, contractor’s insurance & their license.

If is not a contractor, please submit a letter stating who is doing the project.

This is an example of the fence that have to shield the water tank from view. It needs to be a solid white PVC screen tall enough to hide equipment.

Once application is completed, please send all the documents to [email protected] for processing.

Please contact the Artemis Customer Experience Team at 407-705-2190 if you have any questions. Our team is available Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm Eastern Time.

Good morning,

Thank you for following up! I had not received your original request, but I have now made it available for the committee to review.

The hedges will need to be large enough to conceal the water softener when planted.
