To meet the unique needs of our clients, we provide four services options.
Onsite Management
Our onsite services are specialized to your community’s specific needs and include a full-time licensed community association manager (CAM) solely dedicated to one association. This CAM, who has a daily presence in your community, is a seasoned industry professional who oversees a team of onsite staff to carry out the directives of the board, which may include lifestyle offerings.
Portfolio Plus Management
Artemis Lifestyles offers this unique service to tailor those associations that may not have a need for a full-time onsite manager but want more than standard portfolio services. Our Portfolio Plus CAMs spend one dedicated day per week onsite in the community to manage board projects and address specific association needs. This program helps communities that have multiple ongoing projects as well as those that prefer to have more of a management presence in the community without the commitment of a full onsite position.
Portfolio Management
Your association will be managed by one of our licensed community association managers, who is assigned a portfolio of communities. This CAM oversees the day-to-day operations of the community, conducts monthly inspections and attends all statutory, board and committee meetings as detailed in our management agreement. We recognize how essential it is to properly scale portfolios and we carefully balance associations our portfolio CAMs manage so each community receives the attention your homeowners deserve.
Club Services
Artemis Lifestyles Club Services offers Food and Beverage, Golf, Lifestyles and Activation, and Club Management assistance to communities. Whether your community needs one service or all four, Artemis provides years of industry experience and knowledge. We understand how essential it is to deliver quality community amenities. An entire suite of accounting, HR, IT and operations specialists ensures that your amenities are utilized to their full potential.
